IBC Southwest has created a cost savings tool for our clients to achieve their goal as we’ve entered into an alliance with Thomas Speer, a Design Consultant / Construction Manager. Obstacles of ever changing costs and material shortages are now minimized by forming teams with the Consultants and Contractors during the design phase. Thomas Speer, acting as the Owner’s Representative, will assist in scope development, contractor selection and project accounting. Utilizing the team approach, an initial budget is created and adhered to throughout the project which provides the confidence to the client that the project will become a reality!
