10,600 sf radiology practice located on the 1st floor of the IMS Building at the West Valley Campus. This project, completed in 2006, contains 2 MRI's, 2 CT's, 2 ultrasounds and various scanning equipment. IBC Southwest delivered this highly technological facility via the (IPD) Integrated Project Delivery delivery method.
Free-standing, 8500sf brick veneer, fully sprinkled, medical diagnostic building including a gamma accelerator and MRI facility with ample waiting and dressing accommodations, private offices and conferencing space, easy access with covered parking for 48 vehicles.
14,000 sf second floor addition built over existing loading dock facilities with 13 state of the art cardiac patient rooms and two isolation rooms, all with glass fronts designed around a large nurses’ station strategically located for direct line-of-sight to all patient rooms. Existing operating rooms are on the same level and within a very short distance of the new addition.
Renovation of the hospital's 4 main OR's, including all of the pre-op and post-op facilities. Work was completed in two phases which consisted of the remodeling of 2 OR's in each phase while keeping the other 2 in full operation. Remodeling also consisted of the hospital's main floor administration offices, imaging facilities, along with other campus administration offices. Balancing out the project was the new construction of two linear accelerators, a chemo treatment center and waiting area.
12,000 sf single story facility for two individual tenants with a spanish fountain under a cloistered-arch entrance. The larger space (9000sf) for the name sake has complete mammography and testing. Doctors and staff offices on one side and patient exam rooms on the other with testing and reception in the middle. The small space (3000sf) is designed for a related profession and was build-to-suit. Perimeter parking with easy drop-off lane.
A 26,000 square foot medical office building with various completed medical spaces. (dentist, general practice, lab, etc.)
IBC performed two separate remodeling projects within the main hospital campus. Both operations consisted of the upgrading of existing imaging equipment and facilities.
IBC Southwest served as Construction Manager on this 3 story, 105,000 sf medical office building located on the West Valley Hospital Campus. This project was completed in 2004 and contains multiple medical practices including a radiation oncology practice with a state of the art linear accelerator.
