Bell Festival Retail Center is a newly constructed, fast tracked, 17,500 square foot retail center built in the rapidly growing community of Surprise, Arizona. This wood framed facility utilizes a multi-colored Exterior Insulated Finish System, stone veneer and pre-fabricated, decorative concrete columns, achieving unique facades for each tenant while, at the same time, maintaining a pleasing aesthetic blend and environmentally compatible elevation for the entire building.
